Queso Capitas / Capita Cheese

Originario del oriente del país, de un rico sabor ligeramente ácido e intenso. Su proceso consiste en ir separando y colocando capa por capa, lo cual lo hace único y le permite tener la textura “capeada” que lo caracteriza.

Originally form the east El Salvador, with a rich, slightly acidic and intense flavor. Its process consists of separating and placing layer by layer, which makes it unique and allows it to have the “layered” and texture that characterizes it.
